  Moderately weighted at around 4.6 ounces, the 10 inch model casts like a bullet and has a moderate sink rate. Perfect for probing weedlines and over deeper structure and cover. Ripping and hopping the bait are one way to begin exploring methods of retrieval.  Like many other soft plastics, the bait is always working for you, even on the pause, which is where most strikes occur. Feel your way back on the pause, do not disconnect from this lure, keep in subtle contact to hammer on those pick ups. 

  Try them during mid day periods, where fish are often deeper, and under that level of light penetration.
